Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) is a key government organization responsible for implementing and managing educational development programs across the state of Jharkhand. Headquartered in Ranchi, the council plays a crucial role in strengthening the school education system, especially at the elementary and secondary levels. Jharkhand Education Project Council Ranchi is an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act, established to bring significant improvements in the elementary education system of the state. The council works closely with central and state government agencies to implement major national education schemes such as Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), and NPEGEL.
